Many of our services and products incorporate carefully selected herbs, essential oils, and botanicals for their healing properties. These may include:

  • Lemon Balm – Calming, anti-inflammatory, may trigger allergies in people sensitive to mint.

  • Calendula – Skin healing, antibacterial, but can cause allergic reactions in people allergic to marigolds.

  • Hibiscus – Hydrating, supports circulation, but may lower blood pressure.

  • Rosemary – Stimulating, great for scalp health, but should be avoided by pregnant individuals or those with epilepsy.

  • Stinging Nettle – Rich in nutrients, supports hair growth, but may interact with blood thinners.

  • Chamomile – Soothing, anti-inflammatory, but may cause reactions in people allergic to ragweed.

  • Ashwagandha – Adaptogen for stress relief but not recommended for pregnant individuals.

  • Horny Goat Weed & Tribulus – Supports circulation and libido, but may interact with blood pressure medications.

  • Circulatory Changes: Increased blood flow, warmth, tingling, or dizziness from steaming, massage, or bodywork.

  • Detox Responses: Temporary fatigue, increased sweating, or mild digestive changes as the body adjusts.

  • Muscle Sensitivity: Some tenderness after pressure-based therapies (healing touch, lymphatic work, etc.).

  • Skin Sensitivity & Discoloration: Exfoliation, body scrubs, and herbal soaks may cause temporary redness or dryness.
