If no appointment is scheduled within this period, the deposit will be forfeited. 2. Payment Terms: Full Payment: Full payment is required before or at the time of your first session. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Installment Plans: For certain packages or memberships, installment payments may be available upon request. Installment plans must be arranged at the time of purchase. If payments are missed, access to treatments may be suspended until the balance is cleared. Late Payments: A 5% late fee will be charged for payments more than 7 days late. After 30 days of non-payment, the package or membership may be canceled without a refund. Payment Method: Card on file is required for booking online to secure payment and session. 3. Cancellations and No-Shows: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the session or a $25 late cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no refunds or make-ups will be granted.
