Our Fulfillment Policy

How It Works

Processing takes 2-3 business days, excluding special events and holidays. Our products are made-to-order, and some require additional time to set and prepare for shipment.

Once ready, we ship via a third-party carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS, UPS) with an expected delivery time of 2-4 calendar days (excluding USPS Sundays and any business specified possible delays). Unless you select Local Delivery, in which case a member of the Body team will personally deliver it to your door.

Delivery timeframes and fees are as follows:

 

  • Albuquerque and surrounding areas: 1-3 business days, $5

  • Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Sandia Crest, Placitas, Algodones areas: 1-5 business days, $7

  • Edgewood, Moriarity, Cedar Crest, Tijeras areas: 1-5 business days $7

  • Bosque Farms, Belen, & Los Lunas areas: 1-5 business days $7

  • Socorro & Surrounding areas: 7-14 business days $65

  • Santa Fe, Glorieta, Tesuque, & Pecos areas: 7-14 business days $65

 

*All delivery fees are added at checkout, giving you the choice.

Product Return Policy

​

You may return your purchase within 30 days if you are not satisfied.

 

However, to qualify for a return, no more than 5% of the product may be used.

​

*Refunds are available for clothing and accessories (excluding items intended for internal use or consumption) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused, in new condition, and with original packaging. Refunds for services, classes, and other appointments are considered on a case-by-case basis but are generally non-refundable, along with any non-refundable deposit (if applicable).

Subscriptions remain active until canceled. For any questions or concerns, please contact us through our Contact Page, Chat Bubble (located in the lower right corner of the site), or via email.

Gift Wrapping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).

Service/Experience/Class/Session Cancellation Policy

​​

Deposit Terms (if applicable):

​​

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for select services, packages, or memberships. This deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to reschedule, 24 hours' notice is required. If proper notice is not given, the deposit may be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

  • Deposit Validity: Deposits remain valid for 90 days. If an appointment is not scheduled within this period, the deposit will be forfeited.

Payment Terms:

​​

  • Full Payment: Full payment is required before or at the time of your first session. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • Installment Plans: For select packages or memberships, installment plans may be available. These must be arranged at the time of purchase. If payments are missed, access to scheduled sessions may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

  • Late Payments: A 5% late fee will be charged for payments more than 7 days late. After 30 days of non-payment, the package or membership may be canceled without a refund.

  • Payment Method: A card on file is required for online booking to secure payment and session reservations.

Cancellations and No-Shows:

​​

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session or a $25 late cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no refunds or reschedules will be granted.

  • Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel last-minute due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.

 

By purchasing a service, class, or session, you will be invited to a private group related to that offering. These community-based groups provide a space for shared experiences, insights, and general discussions.
