1. Refunds & Returns

• Products: You can return products within 30 days if you’re not satisfied, provided no more than 5% of the product has been used.

• Clothing and Accessories: Refunds are available for clothing and accessories (excluding insertable or ingestible products) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new condition with original packaging.

• Treatments and Services: Refunds for treatments, services, classes, and testing depend on individual circumstances and are generally non-refundable, including any non-refundable deposit (if applicable).

• Subscriptions: Subscriptions are valid until canceled. Feel free to contact us for any questions or concerns through our Contact Page, Chat Bubble, or email.

• Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping is non-refundable (if applicable).

2. Deposits and Payment Terms

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for treatment packages or memberships. This secures your package and is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to reschedule, a 24-hour notice is required. Failure to provide this notice may result in forfeiting your deposit, requiring a new deposit for future bookings.

• Deposit Validity: Deposits are valid for 90 days. If no appointment is scheduled within this period, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Full Payment: Full payment is due before or at the time of your first session. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

• Installment Plans: Installments may be available for certain packages or memberships upon request. Payments missed may result in suspension of treatments until balance is cleared.

• Late Payments: A 5% late fee applies to payments more than 7 days late. After 30 days of non-payment, packages or memberships may be canceled without refund.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us will result in a forfeited session or a $25 late cancellation fee.

• No-Shows: No-shows are considered used sessions, with no refunds or make-ups offered.

• Emergency Cancellations: Emergencies are understood, and we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible for alternative options.

4. Service-Specific Groups By booking a service or treatment, you will be added to a private group dedicated to that service, providing ongoing support, tips, and insights from others with similar experiences.

5. Intellectual Property All materials on this website are owned by Body By Snow Jay LLC or its licensors. You may access the content for personal use, but you are prohibited from republishing, selling, or redistributing any materials from this website without prior written consent.
