Our Basic Treatment comprises pre, intra, and post-session procedures, creating a soothing atmosphere with Yoni serenades, ambient lighting, herbal tea and/or chilled water for hydration, and customizable aromas from essential oils or a favorite EsScent. Yoni Steaming is valued by some individuals as a means of promoting relaxation and well-being. Supporters of Yoni Steaming believe it may provide comfort, support menstrual cycles, and promote a sense of balance. Other potential benefits that individuals associate with the practice include supporting personal wellness routines, promoting relaxation, and easing general discomfort. Regular steaming is often incorporated into self-care routines for relaxation, personal well-being, intention setting, and maintaining a sense of balance. However, caution is advised against Yoni Steaming during pregnancy due to potential heat exposure. For those attempting conception, it is often suggested to avoid steaming after ovulation. Consulting a healthcare provider before engaging in Yoni Steaming is recommended, particularly for individuals with recurring concerns or who are considering additional wellness practices. Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit Terms (if applicable): Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for treatment packages or memberships. This deposit secures your package or membership and is non-refundable. Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to reschedule, you must provide 24 hours' notice. If proper notice is not provided, the deposit may be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. Deposit Validity: Deposits are valid for 90 days. If no appointment is scheduled within this period, the deposit will be forfeited. 2. Payment Terms: Full Payment: Full payment is required before or at the time of your first session. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Installment Plans: For certain packages or memberships, installment payments may be available upon request. Installment plans must be arranged at the time of purchase. If payments are missed, access to treatments may be suspended until the balance is cleared. Late Payments: A 5% late fee will be charged for payments more than 7 days late. After 30 days of non-payment, the package or membership may be canceled without a refund. Payment Method: Card on file is required for booking online to secure payment and session. 3. Cancellations and No-Shows: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the session or a $25 late cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no refunds or make-ups will be granted. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel last minute due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. By purchasing a service or treatment from us, you will be added to a private group related to that service. These service-specific groups are tailored to clients who have received the same treatment, offering a community for ongoing support, tips, and insights.
