AND a sensual and relaxing yet productive face, head, neck, and shoulder rub down, which includes sinus and nasal cavity tension release, back of the head sinus inflammation/tension release, head, neck, and shoulder release to help with neuropathy, nerve pain, ligament pain, and joint pain and finally a clockwise temporal release rub to help with pressure, headache, and migraine relief. Third is after-care. After-care consists of 15 min of laying down relaxation with a gentle and soothing pelvic and lower back rub down, letting the music and steam flow through your Body and Mind and 5 min of discussing At-Home After-Care Instructions.
